Customers are responsible for providing an accurate and complete shipping address. We are not responsible for orders delayed or lost due to incorrect address information.
Lost or Stolen Packages
Once an order has been shipped and marked as delivered by the carrier, we are not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If an issue arises, we recommend contacting the shipping carrier directly.
