Hi! Iām Soleis, the artist behind Threaded Thru Soul. I create handmade crochet pieces, share my exploration through sustainable living, and thrive off of creating a space where creativity and authenticity can exist together.Ā
I found crochet shortly after finishing high schoolāa creative pastime that began grew into a welcoming addiction of trying new things. Now I create not just to pass time, but to shine a little light on the gentler options we have in life. I am building a life off more intentional choices, and teaching myself how to enjoy nature down to the finest textures.

FAQ
When did you start crocheting?
If I could put a finger on it, Iād say in spring of 2022. I was close to graduating high-school, and the fiber hobby looked challenging but exciting for me to get attached to!
How long does a piece take?
Theres almost too many factors that go into how long a project can take, like yarn size, hook size, stitch pattern, project size, etc. I generally keep to smaller projects that take under 2hrs to complete.
Do you make customs?
No! But thatās not to say I never will š
What inspires your work?
Most of the time Iām making something and thinking āhow can I make it more..natural?ā As someone whoās deeply into astrology, I blame it on my Earth sign placement āļø
What does Threaded Thru Soul mean?
My name is Soleis (pronounced so-lay-is) which sometimes doesnāt fit well in folks mouthāso I nicknamed myself Soul, but when coming up with the name from my business, I imagined how I feel when I crochet something, and what I want the person who receives it to feel. I put a lot of intention into my crochet. I do it when I feel at most peace, with no distractions, just me and some cotton. I thread all that calm energy into my artwork; thats what it means to be Threaded Thru Soul :).
Are you self taught?
Basically. I learned through repititon and YouTube videos!
Whatās your dream for your brand?
For it to mean something big to not just me, but somebody else! The brand is so small right now but I feel like itās my little seedling, and in a few years itās gonna be the most beautiful thing youāve ever seen.
