Because all of our items are handmade and intended for functional use, we do not accept returns at this time.

30-Day Functionality Guarantee
We stand behind the quality of our work. If your item becomes unfunctional within 30 days of normal household use, we are happy to offer a free replacement.

Examples of functionality issues may include:

  • Stitch unraveling

  • Seams coming apart

  • Structural failure that prevents normal use

To request a replacement, please contact us within 30 days of delivery with:

  • Your order number

  • A brief description of the issue

  • Clear photos of the item

Replacement items are provided at no additional cost. Refunds are not offered.

This guarantee does not cover:

  • Normal wear and cosmetic aging

  • Damage caused by improper care (heat, dryers, bleach, harsh chemicals)

  • Shrinking, felting, or discoloration

  • Damage caused by pets, misuse, or neglect

We reserve the right to refuse replacement requests that appear to fall outside normal use or are submitted in bad faith.
